So who actually heard God say Nietzsche is dead?

    I'm with you, Mr. Dialectic. I also surmise that maybe both (1) Nietzsche is dead, and (2) God is dead, and following from (2) that God hasn't said Nietzsche is dead (presuming of course dead men tell no tales, inter alia).
